More than 99% of Shandong’s provincial key projects start construction in 2020

Shandong Development and Reform Commission recently summarized and briefed on the progress of the provincial key projects in 2020.

In 2020, an investment of 2.789852 trillion yuan has been completed in 12,121 provincial, municipal, and country-level key projects. 5,816 projects planned to be started have all been started.

Among the 1,907 provincial key projects, 1,639, or 99.39% of the 1,649 projects planned to be started by the end of the year have been started, with a total of 870.197 billion yuan of investment completed, 28.61 percentage points higher than the annual plan.

Among the 326 provincial major projects, 245, or 99.10% of the 247 projects planned to be started by the end of the year have been started, with a total of 293.591 billion yuan of investment completed, 41.68 percentage points higher than the annual plan.

Among the 612 selected projects of the province’s transformation of driving forces, all of the 568 construction projects planned to be started by the end of 2020 have been started, with a total of 238.677 billion yuan, 34.26 percentage points higher than the annual plan.

All of the 200 provincial key signed projects of “investment and talent attraction” have been started, with a total of 67.305 billion yuan of investment completed, 49.73 percentage points higher than the annual plan.

Among the 769 weakness-strengthening projects, 626 of the 634 projects planned to be started by the end of 2020 have been started, with a total of 270.624 billion yuan of investment completed, 9.70 percentage points higher than the annual plan.
