2020 CJKCET held in Yantai, China’s Shandong

2020 China-Japan-South Korea Conference on Engineering Technology (CJKCET) was held on September 16 in Yantai, China’s Shandong Province.

Yantai city is of good foundation and prospect for cooperation with Japan and the ROK. The city will give full play to the role of Yantai Free Trade Zone, the China-South Korea Industrial Park and the China-Japan Industrial Park as carriers of opening up to improve the cooperation mechanism and level with Japan and the ROK in an all-round way, and build a pilot zone for China-Japan-South Korea cooperation.

Yantai Mayor Chen Fei expressed the hope that all parties would take opening-up as the cornerstone, industries as the bond and innovation as the beacon to deepen cooperation in all aspects, promote the construction and integration of industrial chains, jointly build a platform for scientific and technological innovation, vigorously carry out international technological exchanges and achieve a higher level of opening up and cooperation.

2020 CJKCET aims to build an innovation platform for promoting technology transfer and collaborative innovation, common economic and industrial development, and international cooperation on high-caliber engineering talents. The conference attracted more than 100 enterprises and engineering experts from China, Japan and South Korea.
